These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PeptiNow website at peptinow.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Research-use-only products
Every product offered on the Site is sold strictly as a research material for laboratory, analytical, and in-vitro experimental use only. Products are not for human or veterinary use, are not a food, drug, cosmetic, or dietary supplement, and are not offered for any personal, household, or clinical purpose. Nothing on the Site is medical advice, and no product description makes or implies any medical, diagnostic, or health claim. 2. Eligibility
To browse restricted content or place an order you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, be legally able to enter into a binding contract, and be acquiring products solely for legitimate research purposes. The Site enforces an age-verification gate; by passing it and by completing checkout you represent that these statements are true. We sell to buyers in the United States only.
3. Account registration
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
4. Ownership and intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, layout, graphics, product photography, logos, and the PeptiNow name — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
5. Product information, availability, and pricing
We work to describe products, Certificates of Analysis, and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that listings are error-free, complete, or current. We may correct errors, change or discontinue products, and adjust prices at any time without notice. If a pricing or description error affects an order you have placed, we may cancel that order and refund any amount charged, as described in our Purchase Terms & Conditions.
6. Orders, payment, and acceptance
Your submission of an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline in whole or in part. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not by itself constitute acceptance. Payment is handled by our third-party processors; we never store full card numbers on our systems. Full ordering and payment terms are set out in our Purchase Terms & Conditions.
7. Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss
We ship within the United States only, to the fifty states and the District of Columbia, subject to any state-level restrictions. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. 8. User responsibilities and assumption of risk
You are solely responsible for the safe receipt, handling, storage, labeling, and lawful use of any product you order, and for complying with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to you. You assume all risk associated with the possession and use of research materials. You agree not to represent any product as fit for human or animal consumption or for any purpose other than research.
9. No warranties
Except for a product's published Certificate of Analysis, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any arising from the misuse of a product.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeptiNow, the legal entity named in Section 15, and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your purchase or use of any product, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes take effect when posted; your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Termination, governing law, and severability
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Governing-law state], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
