Affiliate terms.
These terms describe how the PeptiNow Affiliate Program works. They are placeholder language drafted in good faith; final binding terms will replace this content prior to public launch following review by qualified counsel.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older, legally able to enter into binding contracts, and operate in a jurisdiction where promoting research-use-only products is permitted. PeptiNow reserves the right to decline any application for any lawful reason.
2. Approval process
Applications are reviewed manually. We assess channel fit, audience quality, and compliance posture. Approval is at PeptiNow’s sole discretion and does not vest any contractual right until you receive a written confirmation of approval.
3. Commission rules
Approved affiliates earn the commission percentage shown in their dashboard on the qualifying subtotal of an attributed paid order. Shipping, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks are excluded. PeptiNow may adjust commission rates with notice.
4. Payment schedule
Commission settles on the 15th of each calendar month, covering orders paid in the prior month, after the platform return window has closed. Minimum payout threshold is USD 50. Payouts below threshold roll to the next cycle. We pay via the channel specified at the payment email on file.
5. Prohibited promotion methods
Self-referrals, coupon stacking, brand-keyword bidding on paid search, fake reviews, unsolicited mass email/DM, and any content that violates platform policy are prohibited. Violations may suspend payouts and terminate participation.
6. Compliance rules
You may not make therapeutic, curative, diagnostic, or human/animal dosing claims about any product. You may not describe products as treatments. You must not represent PeptiNow products as supplements, medicines, or fit for any specific outcome. All content must reflect the research-use-only positioning.
7. Brand usage
You may use the brand name, logo, and product photography supplied through the affiliate portal in their unmodified form. You may not create derivative logos, modify product packaging, or imply endorsements PeptiNow has not granted in writing.
8. Refunds and chargebacks
Commission on refunded or charged-back orders is reversed. If reversed commission exceeds the next-cycle balance, the negative balance carries forward until resolved.
9. Termination
Either party may end the relationship at any time, with or without cause. PeptiNow may withhold pending commission if termination follows a material breach of these terms.
10. Research-use-only communication
All promotional content must include or link to the research-use-only disclosure. You must not encourage purchase for human or animal consumption, and you must not present products as alternatives to regulated medical products.
11. Legal
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be brought in the courts of Miami-Dade County. This is placeholder copy pending counsel review — final binding terms will replace this section prior to public launch.
