Where We Ship

We ship exclusively within the United States — all fifty states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally. Orders to any state may be held or declined where shipping is restricted; if your order cannot be shipped to your address, we will contact you and refund the order in full.

Shipping Rates

Domestic orders ship at a flat rate of $10.00. Orders with a cart total at or above $200.00 (after discounts) ship free. The exact shipping charge for your order is always shown in the cart and on the checkout review step before you pay.

Processing & Handling

Most orders are processed within one to two business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. During occasional high-volume periods, processing may take an extra business day; we will note any known delays at checkout.

Tracking

Every shipment moves via tracked carrier service. A tracking number is emailed to the address on your order once the carrier scans the package, and it is also available from your account order history or through our guest order lookup. Please allow up to one business day after dispatch for tracking events to appear in the carrier's system.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged in transit, or the items received do not match your packing slip, contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the shipment and its contents. We will arrange a replacement of the affected items or a refund for them at no additional cost to you. Keep the original packaging until the matter is resolved, as the carrier may require it for a claim.

Returns

These products are research materials sold for laboratory and in-vitro use only. Because of the nature of this product category, opened or unsealed items cannot be returned once they have left our facility. Sealed, unopened items in their original condition may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a refund of the item price; the original shipping charge is non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

To start a return, contact our support team with your order number before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they enter processing. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for the returns terms above. To request a cancellation, contact support as soon as possible with your order number.
