These Purchase Terms & Conditions govern orders placed on peptinow.com and are part of our Terms of Service. They apply together with our Shipping & Returns and Refund Policy. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Research-use-only acknowledgment
All products are sold as research materials for laboratory and in-vitro experimental use only, and are not for human or veterinary use. At checkout you must confirm that you are at least twenty-one (21) years old, that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes, and that you accept the Research Use Only Disclaimer. You may not complete an order without this acknowledgment.
Order acceptance
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We send a confirmation email to acknowledge that we received your order, but that acknowledgment is not acceptance. A binding contract forms only when we accept the order, typically when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel any order — or part of one — for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, a pricing or description error, or a shipping restriction. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the affected amount.
Pricing and errors
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Despite our care, listings may occasionally contain a pricing or description error. Where an error affects your order, we may cancel it and refund any amount charged, even after a confirmation email has been sent.
Discounts, bundles, and coupons
Bundle pricing and promotional discounts apply as shown at checkout. Coupon codes are subject to their own conditions — including eligibility, expiry, and minimum-order requirements — and generally cannot be combined unless we say otherwise. We may modify or end a promotion at any time. Discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order.
Taxes
Prices do not include any sales or use tax that may apply. Where we are required to collect tax, it is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping destination. You are responsible for any tax not collected by us that your jurisdiction requires.
Payment methods
We accept the following:
- Credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number.
- Cryptocurrency, processed by NOWPayments. Crypto payments are confirmed on the applicable blockchain before an order proceeds.
- Manual methods such as Zelle and CashApp, where offered. Manual orders are held until we confirm receipt of payment and may be cancelled if payment is not received within the window shown at checkout.
Your order is processed only after payment is authorized or confirmed. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Cancellation window
You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it enters processing. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but the terms of our Refund Policy may apply. To request a cancellation, contact us promptly with your order number.
Title and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of your shipment. Shipping, delivery, and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns page.
